By accessing or using GetExamInfo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@getexaminfo.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes. You agree not to: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without prior written permission. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems. • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to collect data from the Platform. • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code. • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation. • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, mock test questions, PYQ solutions, blog articles, and software — is the property of GetExamInfo Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content strictly for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. No content may be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without our express written consent.

If you submit reviews, comments, forum posts, or any other content ("User Content"), you grant GetExamInfo a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that User Content for any purpose. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; by making a payment you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at /refund.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy to understand our practices.

You must not use the Platform to: • Share, publish, or distribute mock test questions or answer keys outside the Platform. • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control feature. • Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent. • Promote or engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or offensive under Indian law. • Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GetExamInfo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information about exam dates, syllabi, and results is sourced from official bodies and provided for reference only — always verify with the official conducting authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetExamInfo Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetExamInfo Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us at admin@getexaminfo.com before initiating formal legal proceedings so that we may attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
